February 26, 2015, n. 32 "Telematic synchronous sale, through the platform "www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it", according to the sale conditions specified below, of the real estate properties described below.

REAL ESTATE DESCRIPTION
SINGLE LOTA. agricultural land located in Terlizzi (Bari) at Contrada Pezza Cento Vigne. Total area of about 5,626.00 sqm, listed in the land registry at sheet 27, parcel 68, quality OLIVE GROVE, class 3, cadastral area 18 sqm 36, agricultural income: € 5.69, residential income: € 8.06; parcel 69, quality RURAL AREA, cadastral area 26 sqm; parcel 70, quality OLIVE GROVE, class 3, cadastral area 37 sqm 64, agricultural income: € 11.66, residential income: € 16.52.
A. Full ownership for the share of 1000/1000 of agricultural land located in the agricultural area of the Municipality of Terlizzi, at Contrada Pezza Cento Vigne; NCT Sheet no. 27, - Parcel 68, category T area 18, sqm 36; Parcel no. 69, Cat. T, sqm 26; Parcel no. 70, cat. T, area 37, sqm 64.
By resolution G.R. no. 1051: of 04/08/200 and varied by resolution of C.C. no. 40/2007 and subsequent resolutions, "the property is identified in zone E - AGRICULTURAL.
Access from the street is through a driveway protected by an electric sliding gate to the property. It is completely fenced.
From the entrance gate, there is a partly dirt and partly cemented driveway leading to a building used as a residence and an adjacent reinforced concrete tank for irrigation purposes.
